I see your products for sale on your website cheaper, can I get a refund?
Some of my products are, indeed, listed for less on my website. Unfortunately I cannot make adjustments to my Etsy listings to match my website prices.
Do you take returns? What if I need to cancel?
Yes! 30 days from date of sale. No exceptions past 30 days.
NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. Yarn must be in original packaging and unwound. No odors or pet fur please!
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. I can email you a return label and deduct this from your refund.
I ship fast! If you need to cancel please email/message me right away. If I've already shipped I won't be able to cancel. email: yarnfreshyarn@gmail.com.

Yes! I offer free shipping on most of my yarns.
In order to keep this working, I ship using the cheapest available rate - usually USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. This means that the carrier might take a few days extra.
If you would like to get your yarn as fast as possible, please choose shipping by Priority Mail or Express.
I reserve the right to upgrade shipping to a different carrier if needed.

How soon will my order get to me?
I ship daily during regular business days, Monday thru Friday. I always try to ship quickly.
My goal is to make sure your order arrives in a timely fashion. If you have concerns please convo me or email at yarnfreshyarn@gmail.com.
USPS quoted arrival times are estimates only. I cannot guarantee arrival dates. Please take this into account when you have a time sensitive order.

I see multiple skeins in the photos, how many skeins are included?
One.
Madeline Tosh and Malabrigo, like most hand dyed yarns, can vary wildly from skein to skein, batch to batch. I post multiple pictures of my yarn to show the variance between skeins. If you have any questions, send me a message via Etsy or email, yarnfreshyarn@gmail.com.
Really, I need my yarn wound! Why not?
I realize other Etsy sellers may offer yarn winding. Unfortunately this violates Etsy's Terms. Yarn winding is a service, only physical goods can be sold on Etsy.
